Army Recruitment Office Jorhat, Assam released a notification for Army Recruitment Rally. The rally will be held between 06 Feb 2021 to 19 Feb 2021 for Upper Assam districts i.e. Jorhat, Majuli, Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Golaghat, Sivasagar, Charaideo, Dhemaji, North Lakhimpur, and Karbi Analog.
Mandatory online registration will be open from 25 Dec 2020 to 23 Jan 2021. The ARO Jorhat Admit Card for the same will be sent through registered post by 30 Jan 2021 and the rally will be held at Mariani.
ARO Jorhat Educational Qualification:-
- Soldier General Duty (All Arms) – Class 10th with 45% marks and 33% in each Subject.
- Soldier Technical – 10+2 pass in Science with Physics, chemistry, maths, and English with min aggregate 50% and 40% marks in each subject.
- Soldier Tradesman (All Arms) – 10th pass with 33%
- Soldier Tradesman (All Arms) – 8th pass with 33%

ARO Jorhat Army Rally 2021 -Procedure of the Selection
The selection of the candidate will be made on the following criteria:-
- Physical Fitness Test:- As per laid down Physical Fitness standards at the rally site.
- Physical Measurement:- As per laid down Physical Measurement standards at the rally site.
- Medical Test:- The candidate will refer to an army hospital or base hospital where a specialist will review every medical aspect of the candidate.
- Written Test:- A common entrance exam will be conducted for medically fit candidates.
The ARO Jorhat Admit Card for the common entrance test will be issued separately at the rally site.
