The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) is going to conduct the first-ever common recruitment test for Group C vacancies known as the Preliminary Examination Test (PET). The exam will be conducted on 20th August 2021 and UPSSSC PET Admit Card 2021 will be released after 10 August 2021. As per the recruitment notification, the candidates will get the UP PET Admit Card 10-15 days prior to the examination date. There will be more than 20 lakh candidates who will attend the PET examination in more than 3000 examination centers across the state.

The Uttar Pradesh Government has started to take a single competitive examination for the Group C or Class C posts. Candidates who will perform well in the PET examination will get selected for the jobs as soon as a department requires a human workforce. The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the written examination and their educational qualifications. All candidates are required to carry the UP PET Admit Card to the examination center along with other documents. There will be no candidate who will get entry to the examination hall without the UPSSSC PET Admit Card 2021.

This examination has been organized to fill the 29,932 vacancies of Group C in the Uttar Pradesh government administration. If any candidate has the desired marks in the PET then he can apply for the Group C or Group D vacancies as per his/her marks in the PET. Candidates will be called for the further examination process if they have good marks in PET. The candidates will need UPSSSC PET Admit Card at the time of examination to prove their candidature for the examination. They may also be asked to show any Identity Card to match the identity of the candidate with details mentioned on the admit card.
Note: The candidates are advised to follow the Covid-19 Protocol at the examination center.
Steps to download the UPSSSC PET Admit Card 2021
- Visit the official website of UPSSSC at www.upsssc.gov.in.
- Now go to the Admit Cards section and select “Preliminary Examination Test”.
- there you will find a direct link to the page where UP PET Admit Card is listed.
- then on the next page please select the PET Admit Card and enter the details of the applicant & press submit button.
- After that download it in the PDF format
- You can also print it to carry it to the examination center.
